Delivery Policy (UK Wholesale Business)
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed during standard business days, excluding UK public holidays, once payment or agreed credit terms are confirmed.
2. Delivery
We use appropriate delivery methods based on order size, including parcel and pallet services. Delivery charges are applied based on order details and agreed at the time of purchase.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure suitable access for delivery. Any special requirements must be communicated in advance.
4. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
5. Risk & Ownership
Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.
6. Issues
Any delivery issues must be reported promptly upon receipt in line with our Returns Policy.
7. General
This policy applies to business-to-business transactions and may be updated at any time.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
As a wholesale (B2B) supplier, returns are only accepted under limited circumstances. Returns may be considered where:
Goods are faulty or defective
Goods have been damaged in transit
Incorrect items have been supplied
All items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the issue relates to a fault.
2. Non-Acceptance of Returns
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Over-ordering or excess stock
Slow-moving or unsold products
Any exceptions must be agreed in writing prior to return.
3. Reporting Issues
Customers must notify us of any issues with their order promptly upon receipt. This includes damages, shortages, or discrepancies. Notification should include:
Order or invoice number
Description of the issue
Supporting evidence (e.g. photographs where applicable)
Failure to report issues promptly may result in the claim being declined.
4. Return Authorisation
All returns must be authorised in advance. Goods returned without prior approval may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be:
Adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit
Returned in a resaleable condition (unless faulty)
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Return Shipping
Where goods are confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping
For any other authorised returns, the buyer is responsible for return costs
7. Resolution
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
Replacement of the goods
Issuing a credit note
Providing a refund
The method of resolution will be at our discretion.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
Clearance or discounted products
Perishable goods
Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items
9. General
